WHAT DOES THE CHARACTER DO?
Our characters dance with the children, participate in games, pose for photos & assist with the birthday cake
Which creates the perfect memories and keepsake photographs.
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN BE AT AN EVENT?
For character bookings we do not have a limit on children, however please bare in mind that any more than 25 children, we advise a 1 hour booking to allow time for everybody to meet, greet and have a photo taken.
Entertaining parties, we cap children to 25 to ensure that the entertainer can
Should you have more than 25 children, please advise us when booking and we can allocate another team member - this will be an additional cost.
Our entertainers will host the party for you. keeping the children entertained with games, fun children's music, dancing and prizes.
They will take care of the children throughout - leaving the adults to RELAX
Our staff are DBS checked. Although UK Law does not require children's entertainers to hold a DBS, our team are very conveniently nursery nurses, teachers, a foster carer, registered child minders, a member of Essex Police and students studying childcare at college.
We ask you to advise us how the children will be fed during your event. Sit down at tables? Buffet style etc This will help us to plan the activities around feeding time.
Our ladies will advise the children when it is time to eat and guide them if need be.
Staff will not tolerate abuse from children or adults.
We appreciate some children get excited, however please keep in mind that it is real people inside the costumes and remind your guests to be considerate at all times.
If staff / mascots are hit when performing, it is at our staff's discretion to stop and leave the event.
EVENTS AFTER 6PM
Please note events after 6pm are charged at a higher rate
We are often asked to provide our opinion on PARTY VENUES and here is our selection
HDO, WOOLSTON MANOR, COOKIES ISLAND, GRANGE FARM CHIGWELL.
We travel all over the uk. However travel costs will be added for events further than 20 miles.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non refundable. However if notice of 2 weeks is given then we will refund the deposit but an admin fee will be deducted.
